GroCycle is an innovative social enterprise based in Devon, United Kingdom. Its mission is to teach everyone the easy way to grow mushrooms. They offer a range of mushroom-growing courses and kits designed to be grown at home.

After years of online sales, GroCycle approached Evergreen Digital to launch their mushroom-growing kits on Amazon.

The Solution

Enacting a clear, customised strategy to scale growth quickly was vital. Once familiarised with the brand's ethos, we researched the market to understand the competitor landscape and the desires of target consumers.

This worked with the SEO-optimised sales copy and carefully constructed A+ content, aligning the target customers’ desires with GroCycle's unique product features. An aggressive initial PPC strategy was employed to drive traffic to the listings. This strategy utilised precise product targeting ads to seamlessly steal sales from the established competition and take advantage of GroCycle's competitive advantages.

Lastly, we implemented advanced product launch tactics, creating deals and generating product reviews to grow sales quickly while protecting profitability.
