The Challenge

Magic Gel is an international ice-pack & healthcare brand that reached out to Evergreen Digital to launch new products, manage PPC campaigns, and increase profit margins in globally competitive markets.

The Solution

We initially executed a strategy focusing on manufacturing high-quality product detail pages that would attract attention and position Magic Gel above the competition. We reinforced brand messages through a creative combination of persuasive SEO-optimised sales copy and striking visual imagery to increase CTR and conversion rate.

We were then hired to manage Magic Gel's global PPC campaigns, increasing revenue while reducing TACoS and operating advanced new product launch tactics, increasing overall profitability.

We were also tasked with creating Primary Image Experiments, managing pricing split tests, and engaging in deals and promotions to optimise conversion rates and sessions.

The Result

Evergreen Digital significantly increased total revenue and net margin, with considerable growth during the first six months. This helped increase the company's purchase price, which was over £20m when it sold to Seller-X, a large Amazon Aggregator with an impressive portfolio. We continued working with Seller-X post-sale to manage PPC campaigns across all territories.
